Mediation Services

I conduct most of my mediation sessions in my office in the historic Ballard district, near downtown Seattle. (See the “Contact” link on the navigation bar for specifics.)

I also conduct mediations at times at Seattle Unity Church, which is near the Space Needle. Plus I conduct mediations at the offices of attorneys who are are representing one of the parties. Sometimes one party in the process of designing an agreement may be out of town and present via phone or Skype or Google Hangout on a laptop.

Mediation sessions normally run from two to four hours. Sometimes with complex conflict situations a mediation may require one or two full six-hour days, or even more time, such as a weekend.

My fee for mediation is $125 per participant per hour.

Fees are normally paid each day at the end of each mediation session.
